Ranking System *UPDATED AS OF 4-14-08*

Many of you may became familiar with our old ranking system. After a carefull evaluation I have decided it would be in the best interest for our guild and guild members if a more deserving ranking system was enforced. No more will ranking be decided per level, Instead we will be having it structured in a more "Pack" fashion. Like our namesake, a wolf pack is a highly structured elaborate hierarchy. Since our main focus in being a pack is taking care of each other and looking for the success of our pack I have come up with a system that not only should you find rewarding, but should reward each person equally on the merits they bring to our guild.

Below is the updated Guild ranking system:

Recruit: Any person who is recruited that doesn't already have a charachter in the guild will be placed in this catagory. This status will last 2 weeks. It will give the person a chance to adjust and see if the "pack" is really for them.

Pups: This label is for new members within the guild who have not interacted much with the pack, which includes social and group activities. Also reserved for ALT characters and other characters who are not active within the guild (8 days or more).

Wolves: This is the most important part of our guild family. This classification is for active guild members who contribute on a frequent basis. Those that love the guild and have decided that this guild is for them.

Wolf Lords: This label is for reserved for those who contribute more frequently then other members, Not necessarily with gametime but with helping out others when they are on. They also frequently come up with ideas to help out the guild, donate frequently to the guild bank, and love to give a helping hand.

Class Leaders: This is a Honorary promotion for those guild members who are the best in there class. They know the In's and Out's of there class and are more then willing to help out with class related info. This is not a position earned by level, Its earned by skill and knowledge.

Pack Leaders: These are the group of people who live for the guild. They go above and beyond to help out when possible. They are there to listen and to help. There main focus is to make this guild a great place to be.

Alpha: This spot is reserved for the Assistant GM's. They are a big factor with helping me out running the guild. Administrative wise they help out in many guild related issues. They have an abundance of knowledge of the game and are more then willing to help out.

I feel that this NEW ranking system will not only help us grow into a bigger, and better guild. It should also help make being a part of our guild more rewarding and more enjoyable. If you have any comments on the ranking system I look forward to your response, here or ingame. Thankyou
